Indian security powers have slaughtered an unmistakable aggressor pioneer in questioned Kashmir, authorities state. Riyaz Naikoo had assumed control over order of the prohibited Hizbul Mujahideen gathering, succeeding Burhan Wani who was executed by security powers in 2016.
